MUNICIPAL RENOVATIONS COMMITTEE

MAYOR’S OFFICE
1. Opening statement by Chairman regarding the purpose of the special meeting.
2. Detailed presentation of the current Traffic Building design by Bob Roach, Friar Associates. Included will be a discussion of the basic building, site requirements and features requested by City Hall departments as well as special features required by code and municipal regulations which impact project cost.
3. Detailed presentation of construction and materials cost projection relating to the Traffic Building design completed by Friar Associates. Cost analysis presented by Lorel Purcel, O&G.
4. Comparative analysis of budgeted costs and costs already realized, versus projected costs for the current Friar plan, by Mike Clark.
5. Presentation on timeline/schedule to be met in order to maintain the overall schedule. Lorel Purcel with board approval information from Bob Roach
6. Open discussion with resolution on course to follow concerning the traffic building project, followed by member vote to proceed/not proceed with the course of resolution.
7. Motion to adjourn.
