The Torrington Flood & Erosion Control Board meets as needed and is an active part of the Planning & Zoning Commission. The potential meeting dates and locations is the same as it would be for the Planning & Zoning Commission. Beginning with the February meeting all meetings will be held at the Sullivan Senior Center, 88 East Albert Street at 7:00 pm until the City Hall Renovation is completed.
