The Inland Wetlands Commission promulgates the regulations concerning all activities affecting the wetlands and watercourses within the territorial limits of the city, including regulations dealing with the licensing of activities on such wetlands, watercourses and upland review areas (75' from any wetland soil type and 100' from any watercourse).
The Inland Wetlands Commission meets once a month on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm City Hall. Beginning with the February meeting, all meetings will be held at the Sullivan Senior Center located at 88 East Albert Street at 7:00 pm until the City Hall Renovation is complete.
