The Zoning Board of Appeals meets once a month as needed. Beginning with its March meeting, all meetings will be held at the Sullivan Senior Center, located at 88 East Albert Road, Torrington, until the City Hall Renovation is complete.

The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decides upon all requests for variances from the zoning regulations, as well as appeals of any order, requirement or decision made by an official responsible for the enforcement of the zoning regulations.
