ConnPACE
Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract
to the Elderly and the Disabled
ConnPACE helps senior and disabled persons pay for certain prescription drugs, insulin and insulin syringes. Participants pay no more than $16.25 for each prescription and ConnPACE pays the balance.
