The Veteran's Service Office provides services "from the cradle to the grave" for eligible military veterans and their families. Temporary financial assistance is available through the Soldiers' Sailors and Marine Fund for eligible veterans and their families.
Ombudsman type assistance is provided to complete necessary forms that cover VA Medical Insurance, burials, counseling services, awards and decorations, etc. Final Honors military funeral squads are available for eligible veterans with services provided within the State of Connecticut.
